You think that, perhaps, through the last traumatic haircut she had to endure when she cut her own hair, she would NOT have offered to do a repeat. Oh, but she did, on the other side. Keilana's response to my question of "why?" was, "I was trying to be a mommy to myself." Such an independant little booger she is. Since her bangs were now in 3 different lengths, I made the executive decision to trim them ALL and allow them to grow out equally. She was deeply agitated that, once again, her bangs were in her face. I kept reminding her whose choice it was to cut their own hair in the first place. Well, I hope they grow out quickly because we are now placing her very short bangs in a clip. If I don't do it, she will. Good grief. I think she looks cute though, it brings out the Asian in her.

Yep, I too was surprised to hear that she did it a second time. I figured since she was so upset the first time, she would never want another pair of scissors near her hair again!
I love her reasoning though...classic! :)
