Even though is was a downpour when we left, we took the kids to Tellus Science Museum and they had a great time. Keilana kept saying, "this is the best museum EVER!" and "I love this place, it's the greatest!" There was so much for them to do and were worn out by the end. We had free passes to get in for today only so of course everyone in North GA was there as well. It was jam PACKED and oh, the germs. I made sure to wash Kayden's hands especially well since he is so prone to getting a fever. I hope I was successful in keeping away in buggies that would make him sick. Keilana has an immune system made of steel--that child RARELY gets sick and when she does, it's quick and painless. We will go back again, the planetarium was closed because there were so many people there. I was pretty bummed about that since it was one of the main things that I was looking forward to. Oh well, the kids had an excellent time so that's what matters.
The first thing you see when you enter the museum.
T-REX!! Kayden couldn't stop looking at it.
Still excited over T-REX!
A fake aquarium with Nemo.
This was really cool, it looks like a ball that you could reach out and grab but it was a complete flat surface. 3-D stuff is so much fun. That's not just any person in the sphere it's my dad.
This was a one way mirror that you could see when the light reflected on the different sides. This side, Lana could see Allison, Tyler, and Auntie.
And on this side, Lana could see herself but not Auntie and Allison on the other side. However, Auntie and Alli could see Lana.
My mom and Keilana working one of the science activities they had there.
Having a sit and rest. It would have worked better if she was a bit taller.
Kayden has started to become a little interested in trains so this was fun for him to see.
Digging for fossils.

Cute! Love the picture of Lana pointing at the dinasaur
This was such a fun trip. I had a great time and I know the kids did. What an experience for them to see all of that at such a young age. I'm sure it was a lot for them to take in for one day. They will probably have dreams about all those dinosaurs tonight. :) Cute pictures of them all. We will definately have to go back when it's not so crowded. LOVE YA! Mama
Looks so fun! Wish i was there with you guys! The kiddies look like they're having a lot of fun!
if Kayden likes trains, take him up to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway for a train ride to Tennessee. brsenic.com is the webpage. Anna LOVED it. We were just there last week.
