100th Post! Boo-Ya!

For those of you that doesn't know, North Georgia is growing very rapidly among the church; more particularly the Canton/Woodstock/Acworth area. As a result the church bought some acreage about 10 minutes from us and it is now known as the Woodstock building. It took a year and half to complete but it is absolutely beautiful and the Allatoona Ward (our ward) was the first and only ward to currently meet in the building. It's so wonderful to have our own meeting house and not have to share it! *grin* However, I know this isn't going to last long and there are so many rumors flying around as to what is going to happen as far as the boundaries go. If rumors ARE true, my sister and I will be in the same ward as well as a cousin of ours and her family! Now ain't that something? That's exactly what Tyler and Keilana need, even MORE time together...those two will rule nursery, and Primary once they move up.

A couple of weeks ago, the church had an open house for anyone who wanted to experience the new building and satisfy the long time curiosity for members as well as non-members. An article in the Cherokee Tribune featured the new Woodstock meeting house. I do need to take more pictures of the building but here are a few to get you started. The most popular part of the building was the addition of a nursery toddler size bathroom, equipped with a potty, sink and mirror, and hand soap dispenser just their size! It's the cutest thing I've ever seen and EVERYONE, men, women and kids were coming in take a peek.

I've never been sure if taking a picture of the Sacrament room is irreverent, of course I wouldn't do it during a Sacrament meeting. But I wanted for everyone to see how beautiful the Sacrament Room is!

Check out what a stud Monkey is! His hair is a little messy, but it was late afternoon. The MaƮtre d' looking outfit is complimentary of Mr. Tyler.

It looks soooo beautiful. That would be so funny if you and your sis could be in the same ward! I love Kaydens adorable outfit!

That is a cute little tux on kayden! Too bad the little boys are wearing something different at the reception! Bring it for the Temple grounds though!
