These pictures were very stressful and the first photographer was terrible so we went back for another session. The first photographer just took the pictures and almost nothing else. She hardly posed us, and when she did, it looked terrible. She didn't make sure that we were all looking at the camera, and she didn't help get the kids attention. That's why everyone is looking in different directions. The second photographer was very outgoing and did his best to get everyone together and smiling but the kids didn't want to cooperate very well so these are a few of the pictures that were taken.
We will be going back to do these again since the kids aren't looking. It's GREAT of me and Jon but next time we can hopefully, ALL get together.
A good example of not getting everyone's attention before taking the picture. But the reason we did these is because my Grandma was staying with us for a couple of weeks and at her age of 91, there is no telling what will happen. So you just do what you can, when you can. Billy was hidden in all of the first session and the photographer NEVER corrected it.

Ohhhhh! You guys all look wonderful. I'm glad you decided to get pictures anyway. I love your best dress. Grandma looks adorable. Yah, we don't have any pictures of sarah because she won't smile for stangers.
The 4 generation picture is great!!! Photoshoots are so stressful sometimes. Hopefully you can find someone to take your pictures that knows what he/she is doing:)

What a great memory even though the photographer wasn't doin their job! We had the same problem last year except there were 21 of us and even our separate family pictures were aweful! My mom called all the way up the managment chain and all we got was a free oil and free year long membership with a free 8x10 every sitting. Why would we want a membership if our pictures were so crappy in the first place?!
