We Really Enjoy This

Good times were had by all during our week stay in North Carolina. We were sad to leave but ready to be in our own home. The kids love it there as they get to enjoy so much freedom of exploring the outdoors. We tried to keep ourselves busy as long as the weather permitted:

We went on a walk just about every day whether is was during daylight hours or night time with flashlights;

Jumped on the moonwalks, though, they were a bit wet after the day's rain;

Went for a ride on a buffalo;

The girls got manicures and pedicures;

Played in the street (and only on a road less traveled!) even though the kids were a little leery of my request for them to take a picture there;

Climbed the "rock towers";

Played with playdoh and other arts and crafts;

explored nature and found a shell of a caicada (just beside spider-man);

Climbed the strairs at Fields of the Woods;

(if you can't see it, that is an extremely large bible at the top.)

And watched a sunset.
