So I'm pretty sure some of you wonder what I do for fun, that's for myself, and who my friends are. About 98% of this blog is about the kids so for kicks, let's change it up a bit. This is a typical Girl's Night Out for me and these are my friends. So let me introduce you to the 4, well 5, coolest chics you'll EVER see!

Left to right: Me, Christy on the drums, Chantal on the Bass, and Melanie busted out the tunage. MOST of us rotate to all instruments. I'm pretty much firmly planted on the bass and guitar.

Like I said, when there aren't any kids around, we act like inane teeny boppers. I actually keep them grounded and bring them back to reality.
Starting the night off with some Rock Band! Our band name? Originally the Three Prudes (we are in the process of coming up with a new name) and it's totally an inside joke that would take a lifetime to explain.

After we rocked it out, we ended the night spending some time with Edward Cullen. My first introduction to Twilight. Never read the books but I've been pulled in and suckered into the Vampire love story. I might just have to break down and borrow the first book. *sigh* Why must we succumb to peer pressure?
