Recovering

Well, it's finally going to start slowing down around here. Kids birthdays are done, holidays have passed, video is FINISHED! I'll just be spending the next couple of days recooperating and getting some needed sleep. I'll be adding the last few pictures of his luau to the video and posting it for all to see, so I won't add pictures of our trip to utah.

We had a great time. We were able to see our pregnant Jamie who looked adorable by the way. It's hard to feel that way when you're bulging and feel like you are all over the place but she's totally cute. We had a great time at Kayden's Luau and he loved the dancing. We, well not so much Kayden, had a blast going inside a snow cave that Grandpa Quan and Jon helped build. That was a first for me and Keilana so that was a fun adventure. I wish we had more time out there to play inside. Maybe one day we can build a large enough one and all sleep inside! I might actually post a picture or two of the snow cave just because it was SO cool. I told Grandpa Quan that he didn't know it, but he also built that snow cave for me since I had as much fun as Keilana did. We'll always be kids at heart no matter how old we are.

Unfortunately, Kayden and Jon caught a cold while we were out there but nothing too serious. Mostly just a stuffy/runny nose and a light cough thank goodness. So just trying to get back on schedule and resume normal life instead of so much rushing all over the place. Does anyone just wish that there was a week where there was nothing pressing to be done. It seems like there is always something to do or somewhere to go.

Valentines was spent in the airports and on airplanes but was all worth it for the weekend trip that we were out there. Keilana and Kayden's auntie's had prepared a valentines for them which was way cute and thoughtful. Cousins Sydney and Jacob even handed them a valentine. I wish that I took a picture of it but I didn't think about it. I was so tired from flying and the chaos of just arriving and greeting everyone, it escaped me, even though I'm usually good about it. I know that Jon would have done something special for V-Day had the circumstances been different, he is REALLY good about all that.

Anyway, I'll try and finish that video soon so you can see some pictures. It's about a 45 minute video. I know, it seems like a long time but really isn't when you are actually watching it. It goes by fast.
