Since my last post, Kayden is starting to sleep through the night again. Hooray! This past Monday I decided to let him cry himself to sleep as bad as I hated to but by Wednesday I was okay with it seeing that the efforts weren't in vain. Each day/night would get better and he would fall asleep sooner after crying. Now, I just rock him for a few minutes until he is drowsy then I put him in his crib and he's off to sleep, no tears or screaming or even late night feedings! Two days before Halloween he discovered the coordination it took to crawl and has so been doing since. He is getting better each day, I still have time to catch him before he heads for the stairs or something he isn't suppose to have. Soon he'll be as fast as lighting! He is also pulling up on everything, and learning to walk while hanging on to furniture. He has pretty good balance so I might just have a walker in a couple of months. I've also started giving him more solids since I have noticed that he is getting more interested in eating them. Kayden has a total of 6 teeth now, the final one, two to the left looking at him, has almost pushed through. I can't believe he has so many, Keilana didn't even have one at this age!
Jon is doing quite a bit of traveling the rest of the year. He returned on Thursday from Florida and is going back this weekend. After Thanksgiving he'll be in Paris, France for 3 weeks. It'll be fine though because when he gets home he'll be taking the week before Christmas off and then of course Christmas week. We're really getting pumped for Christmas in Utah! That's about it, gotta run, Kayden's awake.
