The Spirit Prompts

It was late at night, not too many cars on the road, and I was coming home from dropping off a friend at her house. As I came to the end of her street, I did the typical look left, look right, and look left again. However, as I started to procede out on the main road, something told me to stop and look left again. About the time that I looked left, a truck WITH a trailor in tow, flies right past me. I did not see this truck because his lights were not on! I sat there for a minute, my heart racing as I was completely in shock and didn't know what to think. I would have been hurt very badly if the truck had crashed into me because it would have been directly at the driver's door and who knows what would have happened as far as the trailor went. I silently thanked Heavenly Father and knew that I had been saved from the promptings of the Spirit.
