Kayden and I had quite the adventure today and I wore him out. After a long start this morning, we finally headed over to the park to meet up with friends. Of course it's hot outside so we didn't stay too long, plus we were getting a little hungry. I would have taken pictures at the park but my memory card had an unfortunate accident not long after I did the coke post and so that leads me to our next stop, Wal-Mart. I just picked up two items that cost way too much but both were necessary to replace after the incident last night. Lesson learned, though--The End. Next we grabbed a small lunch and I got Kayden a Happy Meal and McDonald's because he was asking me for some fries. My kids aren't big fans of fast food, moreso, Keilana; but they will eat it on the occassion. So after our short pit stop at the store with a new memory card in hand, and our tummies full, we headed to downtown Woodstock to sample the territory for a potential photoshoot. Kayden was a great sport as he roamed the place, stopping and posing for me. After about 45 minutes to an hour later he was kaput and ready to nap. Needless to say, he fell asleep on the way home.

Can you see Spider Man sitting on the Lion? Kayden was very proud of himself for getting Spider Man to sit up on that Lion. I also think the way Kayden is sitting is so cute. I love spending one on one quality time with my kids. I feel like I get to know them better and that it's just us in the world without any other distractions around. By the way, Keilana was staying with her Nanny; but, her turn with some Mommy & Daddy time is coming up shortly when Kayden goes to stay with Nanny.

Beyond adorable!! He is getting so big...what great pictures!
Amazing Sis! These pictures are looking good! I love them all haha (silly me) I've yet to get the right programs and whatnot to make mine better. All I have to work with is "Paint" and "Photo editor" hehe I'm no pro though :P
So cute! I love the one of his little feet hanging down. And him and his Spiderman cracks me up. I think it's so funny how kids choose the things that intrigue them.
Hey maybe you alreay posted about the camera you are using for these or maybe you dont want to share your secrets but I would love to know as a reference. You could just email it to me. ashleybnagel at yahoo. they really are amazing!
Love the train and Spidey one!! Kayden is quite the looker!! :)
LOVE the pictures. I know you two had a fun, fun day. Keilana and I did as well. Kayden SURE was proud of his display of "Spiderman" wasn't he. We're just going to have to do something about Spiderman being "broken" and "dirty". That cracks me up! Kayden, I think you are just way too smart and feel you could use a new Spiderman :) Maybe? Nanny could be wrong :) Well if that's the case, there just might be a new one out there waiting to be yours. We will have to check that one out when you come for your sleepover with Nanny and PaPa and we go shopping. I love you so much Kayden. Nanny
Vanessa, I had never noticed that my posts had to wait for your approval before I could see them posted. Is this new? I think there might be three on there--thought they were just not going through. Sorry :) Delete them if possible.
